[LD39] PutOuter

Use the tools that make the machine powerless to sneak into the base

Notice: I have update something after the compo, check the update list. 

The "ld39_putouter_src" is the source project of the final version (with arrow keys and checkpoints, I think that's OK),

The "ld39_putouter_dist" is the original compo version,

The "ld39_putouter_dist_arrow_keys" contains arrow keys support,

The "ld39_putouter_dist_check_points" contains both arrow keys and checkpoints.

Update 08/01:

*    Add arrow keys support for people with AZERTY keyboard.

*    Add check points.
